If you are a small business looking to do some in-house larger (in size) print jobs, the HP Officejet 7000 Printer
originally reviewed by PC World in September 2009, could be the solution you need. It offers users a maximum print speed of 33 pages per minute for black and white jobs and 32 pages per minute for color jobs.
According to PC World, the time of 33 pages per minute does not take into account the time it takes the first page to come out. It does not have a small footprint, measuring 7.13" x 15.8" x 22.6", but you wouldn't expect a printer that is designed for print large graphics to be much smaller anyways. It's input paper tray will hold up to 150 sheets of paper at time, but there is no option for duplexing except the manual kind. It will produce documents ranging in size anywhere from 3.5" x 5" up to 13" x 19".
In terms of ink, the HP Officejet 7000 Printer
uses four separate cartridges, all HP 920s (and reasonably priced), in black, cyan, magenta, and yellow. Each of these cartridges also have a high-capacity (XL) option as well. It is both PC and Mac compatible. One downside noted by PC World was the lack of intuitive buttons that use icons instead of words. It also lacks an LCD screen to indicate a status or error messages/codes. Overall, if you are a home office or small business looking to print larger jobs in good quality, without spending a lot of money on ink, this would be a good bet.
