Similar to the 8600 Plus e-AIO, it adds even more features to a printer which was already a solid bet. The printer comes with 4.3” LCD touchsreen which makes previewing photos or connecting to any of its professional or fun web apps super easy. The Premium 8600 uses four individual ink cartridges for printing. Both the black ink and the color cartridges come in either standard or high-yield capacities. Part of a new line of inks for the office environment, the yields are larger than they have been previously. Even the standard capacity black is rated for 1,000 pages and the colors for 700 each. The higher yields are approx. 2,300 pages and 1,500 pages respectively. It should be noted that the unit comes with “Setup” cartridges which may not last as long.
