New York, NY – As we announced this morning via a blog entry this morning, Canon was positioned in Gartner Inc.’s Leader Quadrant. Canon is not alone in this honor though, as both HP and Xerox were also selected as Leaders in the same area.
In HP’s case, the technologies of note were “From the first web-enabled printer that allows users to print from anywhere without a PC, to the HP ePrint Enterprise Solution, which enables users to print from a Blackberry device, HP demonstrates a vision for market change.”
For Xerox, it was a combination of their wide-ranging portfolio of products to meet the needs of different types of companies. Also of note to Gartner was Xerox’s environmental initiatives such as solid ink.
