Did you or your business ever wonder how you could cut printing costs and save some money? If so, HP has the answer. They have developed a new deal, the HP Printing Payback Guarantee, which is designed to help. Basically, HP will come and study your company and its printing behaviors including the number of printers the company uses, the amount of power and paper you consume, and calculate your savings with the appropriate HP machines put in place. If their calculation and your savings don't match up in your favor at the end of 12 months, HP will cut you a check to make up the difference. How do they do this you might ask? HP has a Managed Print Services and MFP solution that will be customized to fit your business. It will include all of the hardware, supplies, replacement parts, service and labor, repair costs, paper, and kilowatt usage. That said, it should be noted that this deal comes at the price of a minimum 3 year contract with HP to do the aforementioned services. HP does have plenty of documentation to back up their claims. They offer details of how they saved other companies' printing costs and allow you to download a white paper describing how one can cut costs themselves.
