The Epson Stylus TX111 and the Epson Stylus TX210 became available in July 2009. Both models provide the ability to replace only the ink you need, printing about 30 pages a minute, capability of 5760dpi resolution, easy copying, and photo editing software. These two cheaper versions of Epson all-in-one printers have been made available first in India.
So which of these two new printers is preferable? The TX111 is more a more affordable printer, costing about two-thirds the price of its counterpart, the TX210. If you are frustrated that you printer can’t deliver a page in 2 seconds (maybe you’re tearing your hair out because it can’t deliver a page in 20 seconds), this printer may be a good solution for you.
The TX210 offers a slightly faster printing speed, 32 pages a minute, or slightly less than 2 seconds a page, but the real difference is the 1.5" LCD screen and multi-card slot that allows you to print without your own computer hooked up to the printer.
For most home uses, the TX111 will have enough power to satisfy any customer for school, home business, or personal projects. This model has everything from copying your tax return to printing your vacation photos.
If you travel with your laptop, and just need to plug in your camera directly to a printer sometimes, spring for the TX210.
