Printing multiple pages per sheet in Word 2007

Did you know you could print two pages per sheet in Microsoft Word? In fact, you can print up to 16 pages per sheet in a few very simple steps.





  • Start by opening a new document in Microsoft Word 2007

  • Using the Office Button, select the Print Icon

  • Select Print from the sidebar that pops up

  • Located inside the Zoom box (lower right hand corner), you will see the Pages Per Sheet drop down

  • Select the number of pages you like to print, your options are 1,2, 4, 6, 8, and 16.

  • Specify any other print options you need and then click OK.

It should be noted that while this will save on paper, the more pages you print per sheet, the smaller the text will appear.
