New York, NY -- Xerox recently announced the lauch of three new WorkCentre printers for the enterprise and busy SMB environments. The new copier, printer, scanner units in the WorkCentre line are the 5325, 5330, and 5335. For starters each machine also comes with a large, 7” color touch screen interface which makes the machines intuitive to operate and maintain.
Each of the units is designed for speed and efficiency. The 5325 has a max speed of 25 pages a minute; the 5330, 30 pages; and the 5335, 35 ppm. For printing, first page out times are as fast as 11 seconds. All three of the units offer automatic two-sided printing standard as well as come with a 110-sheet capacity auto-document feeder for unattended copying and scanning. Each of the machines can be outfitted for a variety of finishing options including stapling, booklet making, and hole punching. The maximum paper size compatible with these devices is 11x17” (A3).
Businesses who want to improve some of their workflow will appreciate the ability of the 5325, 5330, and 5335 to perform color scans directly to email, scan to USB, and scan to device folder. The units also deliver reliable and advanced security features such as “Secure Print” which can hold jobs in the print queue until someone with the correct password releases them.
