Canon BJC 85 Inkjet Printer

This is a mobile office printer solution that offers compact design and feature-packed processing.  It can print at speeds of 5 pages per minute in black and 2 pages per minute in color.  The color quality is excellent.  Fast IrDA port lets you print without connecting any cables – simply place the computer close to the printer.  You’ll have a print out in seconds thanks to infared communication transfer between the PC and printer.  The Canon BJC 85 printer offers 720 X 360 dpi resolution and can accommodate up to legal size paper.  The fact that it offers wireless connectivity is great, but there are some serious trade-offs to consider.  The biggest problem with this printer is that it’s really slow.  Beyond that, we found the ink cartridges are pretty small, meaning you’ll need to replace them often (be sure to visit Ink Cartridges World when you cartridges run dry!).  Overall, this is a solid option for anyone who travels a lot, and needs to have a printer at hand at all times.  Weighing in at only 3 pounds, this is an extremely mobile option for you on-the-goers out there.  We would not recommend this machine for your every day home or office printing needs.
