The Canon i455 offers print speeds of 18 pages per minute in black and 12 pages per minute in color.  It provides 4800 X 1200 dpi resolution and is compatible with both Mac and PC platforms.  Expect professional-looking results from this machine, which uses pigment-based printer ink to achieve laser-printer-quality results.  Color reproduction is enhanced thanks to Canon’s MicroFine Droplet Technology, which uses a system of 1,088 nozzles to produce even, accurate, perfect color distribution every time.  You’ll be amazed at the level of detail with which this machine prints.  This is thanks, in part, to the Canon i455’s use of droplets that are as small as 2 picoliters.  Overall, this is a great little inkjet photo printer for the home user or photo enthusiast.  Expect fast, accurate photos and documents.
