Epson Stylus C44UX Inkjet Printer

The Epson C44UX is a versatile printer that meets the needs of users who print web pages, charts, photos, and documents.  Set up and maintenance are both very easy, making this a good choice for the technically-challenged user.  Photos are crisp and vibrant thanks to Epson Micro Piezo VSDT technology.  This printer prints at speeds of 11 pages per minute in black and 5.5 pages per minute in color.  It offers resolution of 2880 X 720 dpi.  It can accommodate most media types and sizes, even A4.  Its total paper capacity is about 100 sheets.  Not a bad beginner printer, though a more seasoned printer might find this machine is too noisy, the paper feeding mechanism is a bit unreliable, and the ink cartridges run out too quickly.  But at under $100, you can’t complain about quality – you definitely get what you pay for.
