The Epson Stylus R2400 medium format photo printer is definitely for the serious photographer and with good reason. With the high end price comes the high end features like the 8-color Epson UltraChrome K3™ pigment ink cartridges for optimized 5,760 dpi color and black and white photos worthy of gallery display. It also has three levels of black for some of the highest quality black and white prints. It can print an 11 x 14 print in under 2 minutes and prints on a myriad of mediums ranging from glossy, matte, roll, fine art, and boards. It has high speed USB 2.0 and FireWire ports and is PC and MAC compatible. Serious photographers might find some minor faults in the relatively larger droplet sizes and the price, but overall the R2400 is the choice for professional prints.
