Hewlett Packard Business Inkjet 1100d Printer Review
The HP 1100d motors along at 23 pages per minute in black and 20 pages per minute in color, offering 4800 optimized dpi. The print quality is excellent thanks to specially designed modular HP ink cartridges and print heads. Expect minimal user intervention and very infrequent maintenance thanks to this printer’s use of a four ink cartridge system. Since each ink cartridge holds a single color, when one color runs dry, you only need to replace one of the ink cartridges. The 1100d is ideal for small workgroups because it is network capable and can be used with PCs, Macs, and other major network operating systems. An additional standard feature on this machine is duplex printing, which can really save you money on paper. We like this printer a lot for small business use and even home office use. The only problem we see with this is not having two sided faxing and scanning is a definite drawback. This machine is the size of the paper tray – it’s rather small.
