We guarantee your satisfaction with all of our merchandise.
If you receive a defective item, please contact us immediately using our online form. We will re-ship the damaged item to you at no extra charge or issue you a full refund after you have returned the damaged product.
Please note that if you return cartridges without a Return Merchandise Authorization (R.M.A.) number, you will receive NO refund or replacement. In other words, you need to contact us first so that we can send you the proper forms.
Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
