PrintFleet Announces Debut of QuickAssess
May 2, 2016
Leading MPS provider PrintFleet today announced the addition of QuickAssess to their suite of print management software solutions. QuickAssess joins a collection of other successful software already used by PrintFleet as part of their MPS engagements. QuickAssess provides rapid data collection for easy and accurate assessments of existing print environments.
QuickAssess leverages the capabilities of the existing and well-respected PrintFleet Data Collection Agent. Building from the legacy SuitePro key, Quick Assess is able to provide a thorough "snapshot" of a print environment including device data for billing as well as supply and service management. The data collection cycle of QuickAssess includes meter reads, toner and non-toner supply levels, vendor error codes, serial numbers, manufacturers, and more.
Further, the key can be custom branded to meet every customer’s individual needs and works with any MPS program. Among its tools are multiple scan and display options plus a comparison feature which enables users to view and compare data from separate "snapshots".
According to Chris McFarlane, President & CEO, PrintFleet, "QuickAssess is a vast improvement over the legacy SuitePro key. SuitePro was a PrintFleet offering routinely requested by customers and given its dated technology, we decided to update it. QuickAssess has the same features that made SuitePro successful with the addition of a more user-friendly and customizable user interface, providing our customers and partners one more tool with which to grow their business."
The QuickAsses key was designed to be a flexible offering and can be used by a variety of entities in business from OEMs to resellers and dealers. PrintFleet notes that it can be a useful tool across the channel including sales and market development. It is designed to help businesses drive growth by providing sales teams the necessary assessments, helping to gain entry into new markets, and improving MPS contract margins among other things.
